What is a typical day like at camp?

Phoenix Adventure Boot Camp was the first outdoor boot camp in the Valley and we are still kicking butt.
We don’t have typical days – if you wanted the same routine day after day, then you would probably join a fitness center. But you can expect a mixture of aerobic/anareobic exercises, some running,  weight-training, resistant band, mat work, jumping rope, and sports-related games…. Hiking, depending on various conditions. Each day is designed to be fun and different – and never boring. Don’t be late!

What do I need to bring to camp?
An exercise mat, water bottle, small hand weights ( 5-8 lbs.) NO BABY RATTLES ALLOWED, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. Everything but the sense of adventure can be purchased at any local Target, Walmart, or Sports Authority for about $15 or up. We’ll give you the details during your initial camp. Running shoes need to be in great condition, typically new-6 months old.

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. Visual improvement can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. Weight loss can typically begin after the first week. Remember, everyone is different, so results will vary. Your commitment to the process and nutrition is key. Do part of the formula and expect to get only part of the results. Ask about our nutrition program at a huge discounted monthly rate for those attending camp.

What kind of people go to camp?
A great mixture of people that range from Grandmothers/Grandpa’s, Moms/Dads, Career men and women that don’t have time to work out after work…… Many people just need a little push to jump start their fitness program, others have a fitness program but are tired of the same old routine and are looking for something fun and different. Most campers have some history of exercise, but it’s not required. Remember – ALL adult ages and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged!

Is there a refund policy?
We can only give you a credit towards another boot camp if you are unable to continue with the one you began because of circumstances beyond your control. This credit is non-transferable. Credit is not given towards private training, and there are no cash refunds.

Are there shower facilities, or a place where I can get ready for work?

Why yes there is!
Contact us for current shower facilities information.

How long is my drive time?
It will of course vary, depending on what area of Phoenix you live in. Call for the drive time/directions to the different locations in the valley. Remember, classes are early and traffic is usually lighter at that time of day.
